This course is designed to enhance students’ English proficiency in four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking, as preparation for further study in their specific fields. Class will be conducted in English. Students are required to participate in discussion, presentation and other activities to improve their English, to enlarge their horizon and to sharpen their critical thinking. If students attend 3 activities organized by the Center of Bilingual Education to improve their English ability, extra points (2-6 points) will be given with their proof of attendence.
